I think I think too much Because when I think I think of all the ways My thoughts are wrong An endless stream of thoughts In which I fail to swim I think of how to rise above But this further drowns my brain And even if I know I’m right I think that I am not Conjuring false words false images in the truth’s place lying to myself And I think I ought to stop thinking so much As I think about my thoughts
